They wanted to collaborate on a unique event. They just needed to know the demand would be there.

Boiler Brewing & Aragon Tavern offered a four-course Valentine’s dinner followed by an intimate set with The Darryl White Trio.

The collab needed to know they could sell each seat for at least $100 to make the minimum amount of profit needed for the event to take place.

The Funl ended with each seat averaging $115.  They had proved the demand needed to move forward with the event before spending a single dollar on food and drink.
